[FNV] Is it possible to download Fallout Character Overhaul without any problems? New Vegas I've had a perfect set up of mods, ENB, all of the good stuff, but FCO messed it all up for me with the red diamonds and white exclamation marks (did everything according to instructions) I'm reinstalling the game now..

Just follow the installation instructions carefully. The only problem with it is that it (and NVR3) do worldspace edits as well. If you're fine with vanilla textures (and don't want unnecessary additions), get Character Expansions Revised. Due to the general inconsistency of overhaul mods, the best face mod has an inverse scaling answer. That is to say. If you want the most consistency, just stick with vanilla. If you want small upgrades with very good consistency, use NVCE or its revised version. If you want larger upgrades with pretty good consistency, use NVR by dracomies.

The exclamation marks represent missing meshes. So it's possible you installed the mod incorrectly. That or FCO is being FCO. Don't give it any smug looks or it won't work.
